Summary

In God, Guns, and Country, we follow Madison Dixon on his journey to become the mayor of Smalltown, USA. We begin with his first megachurch announcement and follow him to the local VFW for his inspired campaign speech. Then, we're off to a local bar where Madison takes his message to a different audience. Along the way, he learns how to play the game with donors, meets the girl of his dreams, and becomes even more hungry for power. Will he win the race or will his political dreams be shattered?

I needed a way to cope with the bad news and hard times of the Trump presidency. After attending the Women's March in 2017, I decided to channel the rage I felt into song as my way of protesting. I created Madison and have shaped his character with the help of the incredible vocalist, J, who embodies the ridiculousness of Madison in the most amazing way. Together we've created this satire that speaks to the times we live in, to make you laugh and cry along the way.
